Veth Propulsion has delivererd and installed a new Scania engine at inland marine vessel Sustinebo. The old Scania engine, which was in operation since 2004, became outdated after more than 31.000 running hours. By installing the new engine the Sustinebo meets the current environmental requirements and legislations.
In addition to the replacement of the engine a new luxurious glass read-outpanel was installed in the cabin, which makes the reading-out clearer. During the installation Veth Propulsion has listened closely to the needs of the owner.
Veth Propulsion has installed and replaced the following engines;
new: Scania, Type DI 13 070 m 500pk/1800rpm
old: Scania, Type DI12 42m 409pk/1800rpm
