Veth Compact Grid

Are you looking for a compact bow thruster that is easy to install, provides maximum thrust with minimum immersion and that can also be used for emergency propulsion? If so the Veth Compact Grid is the right option for you.

The Veth Compact Grid offers the advantages of two existing Veth solutions: the simplicity of the Veth Steering Grid and the angled screw of the Veth Compact Jet.

Simplicity is key
The innovative aspect of the Compact Grid is that simplicity served as the basis for the development. The lack of gearbox has resulted in an attractive price, and limited maintenance is required.

New regulations for 2016
The Compact Grid is built in accordance with the new regulations that come into effect in 2016. Vessels must be able to reach speeds of to 6.5 kilometres per hour when the main engine fails. This is possible with the Compact Grid, in contrast to the conventional tunnel bow thrusters that are normally fitted.
